Fire Alarm and Security system monitoring is not only code required- it's the primary means for your system to communicate with the outside world. When your fire alarm or security system need emergency attention, the monitoring service will immediate dispatch fire or police services, whether you're at the property or not. If we receive notification that your system is not operating correctly, we will reach out to you, schedule a service call, and get the system back into compliance.

SureFire Systems has the ability to monitor almost all makes and models of fire alarm and security systems. We can tailor a monitoring contract that meets the needs of your business for single or multiple years. Below are some of the equipment we use to monitor and protect your property.

POTS (Plain Old Telephone) Lines

SureFire can monitor your system utilizing two dedicated Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines.

Mesh Radio Network

AUTOCALL

SureFire uses AES radio dialers to supplement the need for you to maintain and pay for dedicated phone lines, which can be costly month-to-month. Radio dialers are not applicable in all locations.

Cellular

AUTOCALL

Similar to a radio dialer, SureFire can install a cellular communicator that usese a dedicated cellular plan to transmit system signals. This solution is appropriate in most locations, but carries a slightly higher premium due to the need for a cellular plan.
